MOUSTACHIO BASHIO 2011

first off i wanna send a big thank you to gladcastle, the werks, lost lingo, le chat lunatique and jay from birdland making this event so smooth and awesome! love you all. this was kind of a crazy moustache party, everybody had a great time! i spent about a week making stage props which included 4 mustache heads cutout of plywood and painted, a 16 ft mustache that had sweet lights, a photo booth, and beandips kissing booth, all of which turned out awesome. it was a good show, more pics from the show coming soon. 18 x 24 prints available for $ 50

painting with papadosio

this was about a month back but i forgot to post it. forgive me. anyhow this band papadosio rocks my socks right on off! ian and i drove up from Albuquerque to Denver for the show. got a full day of snowboarding in right before the show and topped it off with some great tunes by papadosio. soooo all in all great time. this is my submission for this years winter carnival poster contest. winter gradually turning into spring with the winter monster saving spring lady! it does feel great to feel spring coming along. I'll be going to this concert, hopefully doing some live painting there, so if your in the area or at the show come find me! sold

this heres the installation I did at Aura music festival, with the help of my good buddy justin Runfola. its made out of junk from around the ranch where the festival was held. we didnt use any tools just wire to hold things together.

love live painting

this is my first live painting with oil paints, my initial concern was how long it takes to dry. however, since i use a lot of liquin original, the drying time gets cut in half. i think i'm going to be painting in oils more. this was done last friday with lost lingo, rand larzeny, and the secret band, twas a good evening. lovely folks as always. its great to finish a painting within a few hours. sold
